I know sometimes the unexpected happens. If you should need to cancel your booked appointment, kindly notify me at 914-734-5070 via text message within 48 hours of your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable but will follow you to one rescheduled appointment as long as you notified me of your cancellation within the window stated above. Your deposit will be forfeited if you are a no call / no show and if you notify me of your cancellation less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
